Salmon With Pesto Crust

A quick and tasty dish - all the other recipes have a homemade pesto - when store bought is just as good. Goes great with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli! YUM!!
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
6 -8 tablespoons of store bought pesto sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat lightly with cooking spray.
3. Season filets with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet.
4. Cook in oven for about 7-8 minutes.
5. Place oven to Broil setting and remove salmon.
6. Carefully top salmon with Pesto, nice and thick.
7. Place baking sheet under broiler (about 6 inches away).
8. Bake until the pesto is lightly browned and be careful - the olive oil in the Pesto jumps about!
9. Plate up and enjoy!
