Salmon With Fresh Ginger Glaze

This recipe was adapted from one in What Can I Bring cookbook. It is so simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger
2 crushed garlic cloves
about 1 1/2 pound salmon fillet
Directions:
1. Combine the first four ingredients. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for up to two hours in the refrigerator. Wrap in foil and grill on medium-high heat for about seven minutes.
