Very rich. The horseradish give a nice bite as you eat this one. It is a real change from most salmon spread/dips.
Ingredients:
16 ounces salmon (cooked or canned bones removed)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 dash liquid smoke
1 tablespoon horseradish
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
parsley, chopped (or dry)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Blend all.
