Add a few cucumber slices, lettuce or sprouts and maybe some tomato, and off you go! I put it into a lettuce wrap or collard for a GF option. Yum! Smoked salmon is also a great substitution.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can salmon
3 ounces fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl to mix by hand or combine using food processor.
2. Spread on toast, bagels, crackers, or lettuce leaves and enjoy!
