Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat, brown onions, celery and garlic until golden and soft.
  2. Add chicken broth and tomato's , add seasoning.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Flake fish and just add just long enough to warm.
  5. Serve in bowls with hot crusty bread.
