Salmon Salad With Yogurt Sesame Dressing

This salmon salad is delicious on a plate or in a pita or wrap.
Ingredients:
1 can salmon, drained
1 green onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup each chopped fresh cilantro and parsley
mixed greens
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
dressing
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine salmon, green onion, celery, bean sprouts, mixed greens, cilantro and parsley. In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, sesame oil, lemon juice; pour over salmon mixture and mix gently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
