Salmon Salad In English

A good recipe for a leftover bbq salmon. The fish can be substututed with canned one.
Ingredients:
atlantic salmon (fish), cooked, 12 oz
hard boiled egg, 2 large, chopped
white rice, long grain, 0.5 cup, cooked
onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
rosemary, fresh, 1 tsp, chopped
capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
mayonnaise, hellman's light, 4 tbsp
Directions:
1. Boil eggs.
2. Cook rice.
3. Chop onion, rosemary and capers.
4. Break the cooked fish fillet in big flakes.
5. Add mayo and mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and pepper if desired.
6. Serve the salad cool.
7. Nutritional Info: 1 cup - 264 cal, fat 14g, carbs 8g, protein 26g.
