Salmon Salad

This is great on Ritz crackers or on bread!
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp flour
2 tbsp sweet milk
2 tbsp vinegar
1 can of salmon, drained
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except the salmon.
2. Cook in a double boiler until the mixture is thick and smooth.
3. In a bowl, empty the can of drained salmon and flake with a fork
4. then pour the mixture over the top. Mix well.
5. Serve on home-made bread, with crackers or stuff in small green
6. peppers.
