Salmon Patties (Processor Book)

Made in food processor, grilled on Panini Press with no extra fat!
Ingredients:
1 onion
1 carrot
426 g salmon (2 cans)
3 cups corn flakes
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat Panini Press on low heat.
2. In food processor, process onion and carrot.
3. Add 2 cans salmon, corn flakes, and eggs. Process just until mixed.
4. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop out mixture, level off with knife, and drop onto preheated grill, four at a time.
5. Close lid, and cook for 3 minutes. Lift lid, remove patties and transfer to plate.
6. Repeat grilling process until all mixture is used.
7. There should be 22 medium thin patties (you may want 2 for lunch, more for dinner).
8. Enjoy!
