Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon
1/4 cup flax seed, ground
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
4 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons coconut oil, for frying
Directions:
1. Mix all together, except for coconut oil. Pat into patties. Use about 1 tbsp oil per batch for frying over medium heat.
