These are very good...husband is not much of a salmon eater..but he likes these I sometimes add a small amount of worchestshire sauce
Ingredients:
14 ounces canned salmon
1 large egg
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Drain salmon, and set aside.Reserve 2 tbls of juice.
2. In medium mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion till sticky.
3. Stir in flour and baking powder to reserved salmon juice.and then add all the ingredients together -
4. Add enough bread crubs to form into small patties.and fry in hot grease till golden brown.
