Ingredients:
2 (6-ounce) cans skinless, boneless pink salmon in water, drained
1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese
2 tablespoons minced red onion
2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a mixer until well blended. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
