I once took this to a - are you ready? - pot luck wedding reception. I didn't take any home(sigh).
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon
16 ounces cream cheese
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 drops liquid smoke
Directions:
1. Soften cheese. De-bone salmon. Combine all ingredients. Mold into a ball and roll in pecans or sprinkle with parsley.
