Another great salad recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups pasta, cooked
1/2 cup corn kernel, canned
1/2 cup red capsicum, diced
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup canned salmon, drained and flaked
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
2. Serve chilled.
