Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can salmon
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons grated onions
3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
2. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
3. Chill several hours.
4. Combine pecans and parsley.
5. Shape salmon mixture in 8x2-inch log; roll in nut mixture.
6. Chill well.
7. Pass crackers.
