This is an inexpensive and super easy, yet sophisticated spread to serve at any gathering. The cayenne adds an unexpected, yet subtle kick. Great flavors!
Ingredients:
1 package of cream cheese (softened)
1 can alaskan salmon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of dill weed
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 green onion stalk
salt and fresh black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Separate the salmon from the bones in the can.
2. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Cover and chill for at least a half hour, so the flavors can merry.
5. Top with paprika and chopped green onions.
6. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
