Lovely starter!
Ingredients:
7 ounces pink salmon (tinned)
4 ounces philadelphia cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 ounces melted butter
salt & pepper
lemon juice (opional)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Put in fridge over night or for a couple of hours.
3. Can be frozen.
4. Serve with toast, bread, baguettes etc.
