Salmon Marinade for Cedar Planks

Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons white wine or 3 tequila
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. mix ingredients pour over salmon marinate 30 minutes.
2. remove salmon from marinade keep marinade.
3. plave salmon on prepared plank.
4. cook 8-10 minutes or to your liking place salmon on plate.
5. heat marinade add lime and spoon over salmon.
6. enjoy.
