Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grill salmon patties
  2. Sauté onion in a pan, adding 2 portabello mushrooms
  3. Put mushrooms on the patties and grill of a few more minutes
  4. Make a bed of lettuce, add tomatoes, mustard, pickles
  5. Cut patties in half, lay on lettuce and stuff and cover with onions
  6. Roll it up and eat it
