Salmon Fishcakes
Ingredients:
1 can of salmon, large bones removed, smaller bones crushed
1 tbs dill, fresh, or 1 tsp dried dill
2 slices bread, made into bread crumbs
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 spring onions, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together until well mixed.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Lightly cook in a pan until both sides are brown, under a grill, or on a bbq.
