Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons onions, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix first five ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours.
2. Form into a log shape, then roll in a mixture of nuts and parsley.
