Salmon, Cod, Prawn, Leek and Horseradish Pie

Ingredients:
28 g icbinb
40 g flour
312 ml 1% fat milk
75 g cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
110 g leek, sliced
81 g salmon, raw weight, chopped into chunks
110 raw weight 141g cod
82 g shrimp
15 g horseradish
260 g spinach
376 g potatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Melt 3 tbsp butter in sauce pan, add flour and stir until mixed, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
2. Take off heat, add 1 cup of milk and stir like crazy to avoid lumps, add second cup of milk and stir over med heat until sauce starts to thicken. Add cheese and other ingredients, set aside.
3. Preheat oven to 190C.
4. Cook leeks. Boil potatoes.
5. Mix salmon, cod, shrimp, cheese sauce, horseradish, leeks and spinach together.
6. Spoon into a dish, top with mashed potato.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
