Just like the classic tuna fish casserole, but with canned salmon. Makes twelve 1-cup servings.
Ingredients:
1 lb egg noodle
8 ounce campbell's cream of mushroom soup
12 ounce salmon
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
2/3 cup peas
1 t oil
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles al dente according to package
2. Sautee onions and celery in oil in pot
3. Add Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
4. Add milk, incorporating into soup concentrate, little by little.
5. Gently mix in flaked salmon, egg noodles, and peas.
6. Put in casserole.
7. Optional: top with breadcrumbs.
8. Cook in 350deg oven for 30-45 minutes.
9. Makes 12 servings (1 cup per serving).
