Salmon Cakes and Asian Slaw

Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
1/4 cup(s) light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 clove garlic minced
2 teaspoon(s) grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon(s) wasabi paste
10 cup(s) shredded cabbage
3 can(s) wild alaskan salmon
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
1/4 cup(s) light mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoon(s) wasabi paste
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions:
1. For slaw, mix all ingredients except cabbage. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, mayo & wasabi. Form into 12 patties. Heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side or until browned. Serve over slaw.
