Ingredients:
1 lb potato, cooked and mashed
1 (15 ounce) can salmon
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon margarine
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil and margarine in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Shape into 6 patties.
3. Cook patties in oil and margarine over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
4. Serve with dill sauce.
