Salmon Burgers

From 1001 Low Fat Recipes. Serve in pitas with dill sauce
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can salmon
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Directions:
1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.
2. Combine liquid with egg whites, bread crumbs, onion, thyme and pepper.
3. Add salmon. Mix well.
4. Shape into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
5. Cook patties in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, 2-3 minutes on each side.
