Salmon, Asparagus, Broccoli, and Orzo Salad

Ingredients:
6 cups water
213 g asparagus
250 g broccoli
1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
1 cup uncooked orzo
4 tbls lemon juice
2 tbl olive oil
2 tbl mustard, sweet & hot
Directions:
1. mix olive oil, mustard and lemon juice for dressing
2. season salmon fillet with salt and pepper and broil for about 10 minutes, or until flakey
3. bring water to a boil and boil broccoli and asparagus for 3 minutes and then rinse in ice water to stop cooking
4. cook orzo according to directions on the box without salt or fat
5. mix everything together and serve
