Salmon and Vegetable Salad - Laks- Og Grøntsagssalat

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 cup peas, cooked
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups salmon
parsley
Directions:
1. Chill all ingredients.
2. Peel tomatoes and cut into wedges.
3. Pare and cut cucumbers and mix with drained peas.
4. Mix lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and combine with the vegetables.
5. Fold in mayonnaise and salmon.
6. Put in a chilled salad bowl and serve on lettuce leaves.
7. Top with a few sprigs of parsley.
