These little rolls are delicious and are always the first thing gone at a party
Ingredients:
salmon rolls
2 cup of soaked cous cous
80g chopped walnuts
juice of a lemon
1 red pepper
1 onion
some ginger
2 cloves of garlic
6 strips of smoked salmon
dip
3 tbsp of low fat philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp of crushed ginger
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of chilli powder
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp of ground black pepper
pinch of salt.
Directions:
1. Salmon rolls
2. Soak the cous cous as directed on packet.
3. Chop onions, garlic,peppers, walnuts and ginger finely.
4. Mix chopped vegetables and walnuts into cous cous.
5. Place a spoonful of mix into each of the salmon strips.
6. Roll the salmon up and keep in place with a cocktail stick
7. Drizzle with lemon juice.
8. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined
