Baked Salmon with sauce.
Ingredients:
16 ounces salmon
6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons capers
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. .Bake salmon until internal temp of 145.
2. Mix sauce ingredients, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
