Serve with a side of homemade mashed potatoes! My kids love this.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
salt and pepper
1 (12 ounce) jar gravy
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the Gravy.
2. Shape into 4 oval 1/2 thick patties.
3. Cook over medium heat 7-8 minutes turning once, until no longer pink.
4. Serve with gravy.
