Directions:

  1. For Vinaigrette:
  2. Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk well.
  3. Salad:
  4. Divide lettuce leaves evenly on 6 salad plates
  5. Toss pears with 2 Tbls. orange juice
  6. Divide pears and onions on plates
  7. Top each serving with 1 Tblsp. cheese and walnuts
  8. Top with 2 1/2 Tbls. vinaigrette.....Enjoy
