Ingredients:
3 spear(s) cucumber (english, seedless) chopped
3 head(s) tomatoes (vine-ripened, large) chopped
1 head(s) white onion (large) chopped
1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
4 tablespoon(s) dried mint
1/2 cup(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) white vinegar
1 dash(es) salt to taste
Directions:
1. Chop cucumber, tomatoes and white onions into uniform chunks. Toss with lemon juice, dried mint, olive oil & white vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
