Salad: Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese

A nice fall side salad.
Ingredients:
1 cup salad greens
1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
1 ounce walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons pear vinegar
salt
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Put the salad greens in a bowl, and arrange the pears, walnuts and blue cheese on top.
2. Mix the dressing ingredients together, and whisk with a fork until emulsified.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad, and serve immediately.
