A good buffet or barbeque dish.
Ingredients:
1 pint basket cherry tomatoes
1 pint basket fresh mushrooms
1 pund fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 8 oz. bottle fat free italian dressing
1 large zucchini or yellow squash, cut into bite sized pieces
Directions:
1. Alternate vegetables on skewers (broken to 8 ). Lay completed skewers in a loaf pan. Pour dressing over skewers. Chill.
