Salad and Hummus Sandwich

Light and refreshing yet also very filling. Add any fresh vegetables you have available. I like to pack this up for my lunch at the office with a sugar free lemonade and some grape tomatoes. I found Joseph's flaxseed lavash wraps at Walmart in the bread aisle. They have zero WW points.
Ingredients:
1 flaxseed lavash wrap
2 tablespoons hummus
1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
2 large romaine leaves
4 asparagus, steamed
1/4 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1/4 red pepper, seeded and sliced
1 carrot, peeled and julienned
2 tablespoons feta
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Lay the wrap onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
2. Spread the hummus all over.
3. Down the middle of the wrap lay the lettuce, spinach, asparagus, cucumber, red pepper, and carrot.
4. Sprinkle the Feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper over all then roll up.
5. Roll to secure in the plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
