This is a delicious dessert. It is called Sad Cake because it raises fairly high, then caves in in the middle.
Ingredients:
1 lb brown sugar
4 large well beaten eggs
1/2 cup veg. oil
2 cups bisquick
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 bag flaked coconut
aresol whipped cream
Directions:
1. Mix sugar with eggs.
2. Stir in vegetable oil, then biscuit mix a little at a time, until all ingredients are well mixed.
3. Add vanilla, pecans and coconut.
4. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan atF for 45 minutes.
5. Serve warm with whipped cream.
