The best Cole Slaw I have had : )
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup green pepper, finely diced
1 cup carrot, shredded
Directions:
1. Combine the first four ingredients and pour the mixture on the vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and Chill. This recipe makes 6 cups.
