Ingredients:
3 pound(s) salt water fish
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1 clove(s) garlic
1 onion
1 jar(s) pimento
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1 tablespoon(s) capers
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) salt
4 cloves
12 green olives pitted
1 can(s) tomatoes either chopped or crushed
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil. Saute diced garlic, onion and pimento. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer a short time and pour over fish. Bake until done. Good over snapper, king mackeral and sea bass.
