Ruthey's Sloppy Joes

I got tired of overly sweet sloppy joes and experimanted until I came up with this.
Ingredients:
2 lbs extra lean ground sirloin (3% fat)
1 onion, chopped
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon basil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in olive oil in a deep frying pan or wok.
2. While meat is browning, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3. When meat is browned and onions are tender, add the sauce. Cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until it reaches desired consistancy.
4. Serve on hamburger buns or kaiser rolls.
