Ingredients:
2 pounds ruston peaches, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
3 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
most of you wont have ruston peaches, so go to your local farmers market for fresh peaches.
you could throw a little cilantro in this also..
tweak this recipe to your taste if you want more or less ingredients..
Directions:
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND REFRIGERATE.
