2 pounds ruston peaches, peeled, seeded, and diced |
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained |
3 green onions, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
most of you wont have ruston peaches, so go to your local farmers market for fresh peaches. |
you could throw a little cilantro in this also.. |
