Rice with meat
Ingredients:
600 g chicken
60 g carrots
15 g green onions
400 g rice
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. steam meat (anykind) until almost done, throw in onions and carrots, steam until tender, pour in rice on the meat and pour water over it so that it covers the rice and meat about 1 to 2 cm.
2. bring to boil and turn on low temperature, let cook for about 30 minutes.
