Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds potatoes
2 1/2 cups cabbage, chopped
4 tbs. shallots, chopped
2 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cups milk
62 grams sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Sundays at Moosewood p. 110, use only 2 Tbs butter, mix 1/4 cup sour cream into potatoes.
