Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon coconut rum
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a food processor, puree watermelon until smooth.
2. With the back of a large spoon, press the watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, extracting all of the watermelon juice and discarding pulp.
3. Add rum, honey and salt and stir well to combine.
4. Serve immediately in shot glasses or refrigerate up to 3 days.
