Rum Royal Eggnog

I haven't tried this yet. posting so I don't lose this recipe. It doesn't say but I would use a good quality ice cream.
Ingredients:
1 quart eggnog (commercial)
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened (not ice milk)
2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals
1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
whipped cream
ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. In a small punch bowl, combine eggnog, ice cream, coffee and rum flavoring.
2. Top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
3. If you want to use regular rum instead of extract, here's the conversion. 1 tsp rum extract = 3 tbsp rum/to taste The ratio of light rum will be closer to 4 tbsp while dark rum requires less, closer to 2 tablespoons.
