Rum-raisin Applesauce Cake

I love 8-inch square cakes. This one is light, moist and very good. From, Cooking Light.
Ingredients:
cooking spray
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
6 tbl. butter
1 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 c applesauce
3 tbl. dark rum
1 tsp. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 c golden raisins
1 tbl. powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Coat an 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray, and dust the pan with 2 tsp. flour.
3. Place butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave at High 1 minute or until butter melts.
4. Add granulated sugar, stirring with a whisk.
5. Add eggs, and stir well.
6. Stir in applesauce and next 6 ingredients (applesauce through salt).
7. Lightly spoon 1 1/2 cups flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Add flour, stirring just until blended (do not overstir.)
8. Stir in raisins.
9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
11. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack.
12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
