These delicious rum balls are velvet smooth. Also they make a great gift and the no baking is a huge bonus!
Ingredients:
1 packet of crushed arrowroot biscuits
1 cup dessicated coconut
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup of rum
Directions:
1. Crush biscuits finely. Add coconut and cocoa and mix well. Splash in the rum and then stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Form into balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles or cocoa.
2. Place in a container and store in the fridge for 24 hours. They actually get tastier as the days go by!
3. Recipe substitute ideas...
4. -Add chopped raisins or toasted nuts. Pecans, almond and macadamia nuts are great!
