These are a good holiday snack, but be careful not to eat too many at a time...lol
Ingredients:
1/2 lb vanilla wafers
1 c. 10x sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. rum
Directions:
1. Roll wafers into very fine crumbs.
2. Mix with 10X sugar & cocoa.
3. Add nuts, syrup & rum;
4. stir until blended & stiff.
5. Shape into 1 balls.
6. Let stand 1 Hour.
7. Roll in 10X sugar and stick a nut in the top of each.
8. Store in a tightly covered container 3 days.
