Good potato side dish with low fat
Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes
1 egg white
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp parsley
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in 4 or 8 wedges (or other amount) as desired. Mix the egg white, garlic salt and parsley in a bowl. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray. Dip potato wedges in egg white mixture to coat and put on cooking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside.
