This is tender and delicious it makes its own gravy. Super easy meal. Ingredients:
3 lbs round steaks |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup |
1 large onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. Place the raw round steak in roaster. Pour soups over steak. Add onion. Bake at 300 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. The soups make a delicious gravy. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
2. Note: Do not season the meat, the soups do the seasoning for you.
